The preparation phase usually requires 1 to 2 hours and includes sanding the board, taping, and spraying the top sheet to ensure optimal bonding before painting. The painting process itself varies between 4 to 8 hours, depending on the complexity of the design. After painting, the topcoat needs approximately 3 hours to fully cure, ensuring durability and a high-quality finish. This systematic approach guarantees both precision and longevity in every piece.
